RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
(SUMMARY)

By renting or using our courtesy vehicle, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: Renter must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

• Rental Period: Vehicle is provided for the duration of your scheduled service unless otherwise approved. Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Fees & Responsibility: Renter is responsible for daily rental fees, tolls, tickets, fines, cleaning fees, charging fees, and any damage or loss during the rental period.

• Vehicle Condition: Vehicle must be returned in similar condition. No smoking, vaping, pets, or misuse.

• Charging: Vehicle must be charged responsibly. Damage caused by improper charging is the renter’s responsibility.

• Accidents & Insurance: Renter’s personal insurance is primary. Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately.

• Prohibited Use: No off-road use, towing, racing, ride-share, commercial use, or illegal activity.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate rental at any time for misuse or policy violations.
